Onsite Design Developments

- logo & logo options -

A collection of logo marks produced for developments that were designed through Onside Design architecture and design.

Heritage Crossing: A community hub of shopping, dining and townhome living at the intersection of highway 30 and highway 44. This first logo is a preliminary option, and the second is a client final result.

Adelia: A restored and repurposed historic, southern home turned event and office space. Surrounding the central structure are luxury dream homes in a quaint and high-end neighborhood in the heart of the city. The challenge of this project was maintaining the character and romance of Adelia, while giving the brand a more modern look. This development is close to the architect’s heart, which called for an abundance of collaboration to present several variety logo options. A few of these logo options include elements inspired by the whimsical feel of the original design, but also incorporating the year the home was built and a key design that represents the actual skeleton key given to Adelia when she was gifted the home in 1852 that is still used to access the property today.

Flora Village: A unique development to promote tourism, land restoration and boost the economy of the area of Laplace (outside of New Orleans, Louisiana). This development plans to incorporate housing, shopping, dining, outdoor activity and water sport, and glamorous camping. Structures are intended to use up-cycled and natural materials, making this an environmentally thoughtful development. The client request a logo direction that was dreamy and unique, modern, and incorporated an abstraction of a Cypress tree seed.
